1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and napi88 ("Platform", "we", or "Company"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the napi88 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the napi88 platform immediately. Continued use after amended Terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use napi88 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the registration date.
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not prohibited from using online gambling services by any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Register only one account per individual – multiple accounts for a single user are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.

Napi88 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity, address, or other supporting documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes. Failure to comply with a verification request within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of outstanding balances until verification is completed.

Each member is responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Any changes to personal details such as phone number, email address, or banking details must be updated promptly via account settings or by contacting the napi88 support team.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Napi88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX transfers, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your napi88 account almost instantly once payment confirmation is received.
• Napi88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the napi88 platform.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per application.
• A completed KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the napi88 account.
• Napi88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means, system manipulation, or technical exploitation will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Napi88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.

• Each bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirements which must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses offered may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Napi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If there is evidence that a member has abused the bonus system — including bonus arbitrage, contradictory wagering, or collusion between accounts — napi88 reserves the right to void all related bonuses and wins and suspend the accounts involved.

5 Game Rules & User Conduct

All games on the napi88 platform operate using an independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of luck alone.

Members are required to:

• Comply with all game rules established for each game type.
• Not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play or win games.
• Not to interfere with, exploit, or attempt to compromise the integrity of any game or platform system.
• Be respectful and courteous toward live dealers and other players during Live Casino game sessions.
• Not to use offensive language, threats, or harassment in any live game chat.

Any breach of game rules or inappropriate conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at napi88's sole discretion.

6 Account Security & Privacy

• Fully log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to the napi88 support team immediately.

Napi88 will never ask for your password, PIN, or sensitive account information via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel. Any such request is a fraudulent attempt and must be reported immediately.

The collection and use of your personal data by napi88 is subject to Privacy Policy our own, which forms part of this agreement.

7 Account Termination & Suspension

Napi88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity associated with the account in question.
• The member failed to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Information provided during registration or verification was found to be inaccurate or false.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the napi88 support team. Any valid balance in an account closed at the member's request will be processed for withdrawal after the required security checks are completed.

8 napi88 Liability Limits

The napi88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. napi88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuity, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Napi88 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or temporary platform downtime for maintenance purposes.
• Napi88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members as a result of using the platform.
• Napi88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Malaysia.

9 Responsible Gaming
